James M. Corbin and Clara H. Corbin, his wife do hereby
grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation, an easement
over and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress
O and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a

City of Auburn prop. together with a 20' construction easement adjacent to the E of
sd 10 ft. permanent easement. Together with
A 5 ft. permanent easement, the W In of sd easement being described as follows: Beg
at the NW cor of the NE-1/4 of Sec 18, Twp 21 N, Rng 5 E.W.M.; th E alg the N In of
sd NE 1/4 a distance of 748.00 ft. to the TPOB.; th S 9°10,' W a distance of 150 ft.,
together with a 25 ft. construction easement adjacent to the E of sd 5 ft. permanent
easement
Together with the right to fill and remove trees on the permanent easement right-of-
way. All located in the County of King, State of Washington.
This is a correction easement for instrument dated 24th May, 1967 and recorded under
Auditors file No. 6186875 and filed in Vol. 4941, Page 665, Records of King County,
