EASEMENT THIS AGREEMENT made this 11th day of December , 19 7:':', by and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee" and Kenneth A. Smith and Rita M. Smith and , is wife, hereinafter termed Grantor." WITNESSETH: That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does by these presents grant unto the Grantee a perpetual easement for the construction of a public sidewalk through, over and across the following described property situate in the CITY OF AUBURN, KING..COUNTY, WASHINGTON. That portion of Lot 1, Block C,-Wi,tt's First Addition to Auburn, as recorded in Volume 21 of Plats, page 21; Records of King County, !Washington, lying Southerly and Westerly of a curve having a radius of 20.00 feet, with the points of tangency of said curve being of the Southerly and Westerly lines of said Lot 1. WITNESSETH: The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only during construction of a street improvement project on adjacent property; said temporary easement shall terminate upon acceptance of the street improvement project by the Grantee. The said temporary right-of-sway or easement shall be through and across the following described property situated in King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows: Ten feet southwesterly of the following described property: That portion of Lot 3,',East Auburn Acres., as recorded in Volume 14 of plats, page 41, records of King County, Washington described as follows: Beginning as the intersection of the south right-of-way line of East Main Street (60 feet wide) and the west line of "N" Street S.E.
