grant and convey to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation, an easement over and
across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress and
for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a storm sewer
_in the North feet ofythe fol. desc. property said land being described as:
That por of Lot 6, Blk 6, Poplarwood Addition to Auhurn as recorded in Volume 37
of Dlats, page 5. Records of King County Washington situated in Section 18, Twp
21 N, R 5 EWN. described as follows:
Beg at the NE cor Lot 1, B1k 6 of the above desc. Add.; th N 3°10'00" E pll to
the E bdry of sd Add, 192.97 ft to the TPOB; th S 80°39'00" W, 33.5B,ft;.th N
3°16'00" E, 18.39 ft to the N bdrv. of sd Lot 6; th N 7q°23'00" E alg sd N bdrv
111.83 ft to a pt 55.57 ft dist from the NE cor sd Lot 6; th S 3010'00" W, 34.03
ft; th N 89°39'50" W, 75.85 ft to the TPOB.
Together w;th a temporarv construction easement 20 feet in width abutting the north
line of the aforesaid easement; said temporary construction easement shall terminate
upon completion of the construction of the storm sewer. All work shall be accomplished
in such a manner that private improvements shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or in
the event they are disturbed or destroyed, thev will be replaced in as Qood a condition
as they were immediately before the property was entered upon by the City of Auburn.
