THIS AGREEMENT made this 28th day of February , 19 78 , between

the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, State of Washington,
hereinafter termed "Grantee" and Maude C. Heaton

00 The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a
C) temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only during construction of a
.%D Street Improvement Project on adjacent property; said temporary easement
t-1 shall terminate upon acceptance of the Street Improvement Project

of Auburn, WA, Vac. Ord. No. 832, dated September 20, 1943, abutting Lot 7, Blk 1,
of the Plat ofwFaren!eh's Second. Addition to the Town of Slaughter, King Co., WA,
as shown in Vol 8 of Plats, Pg 18, rec of King Co., WA, desc as foll: Beg at a
C pt at the intersection of the east right of way line of "J" Street (previously
Alice Avenue, said "J" Street being 60 feet wide) and the south right-of-way line
of East Main Street (previously Main Street, said East Main Street being 60 feet
wide), said point lying S 86 49'48" W, a distance of 10.02 feet and N 00°01'15" E,
a distance of 20.04 feet from the northwest corner of said Lot 7; thence N 86°49'48"
E along the south right-of-way line of East Main Street, a distance of 15.17 feet to
a point on a curve having a radius of 18.00 feet and having a radial bearing of
S 22°21'29"- E; thence southwesterly along said curve through a central angle of
56°38'31", an arc distance of 17.79 feet; thence S 11000100" W, a distance of
22.73 feet to the east right-of-way line of "J" Street; thence N 00°01'15" E along
said east right-of-way line, a distance of 34.69 feet to the beginning and
containing 145.8 square feet, more or less.
