The Grantor, John Devitt and
Muriel D. Devitt his wife, for and in consideration of
th sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do
hereby grant, sell and convey to the C1,t.Y of Auburn ,
Auburn , Washington, a municipal corporation Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement and right-of-way, over, through, under, across, upon and in the
following described real property situate in King
County, Washington, TO-WIT:
That portion of Lot 7, Block C. 4i.tt's First Addi.ti.on, described as recorded fn Volume
21 of Plats, Page 21, records of King County, Washington, described as follows;
Beginning at a point on the easterly line of said Lot 7 which is 6.0 feet north of the
"l' southeast corner of said Lot 7; thence southwesterly to a point on the southerly
CID line of said Lot 7 which is 6.0 west of the southeast corner of said lot; thence easterly
C to the southeast corner of said lot; thence northerly to the point of beginning, which i.s

This easement is granted with the understanding that th.e property affected
will be promptly and properly returned to a condition equal to its original condition
upon each and all completion of construction, operation, maintenance, use, repair and/or
replacement. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the grantors from
any liability arising from each and all uses contemplated herein. The Grantor agrees
that no structure will be eracted on the easement that would interfere with the use
contemplated without the written consent of the Grantee.
