Know all men by those presents that we, the undersigned, owners in fee
simple of the land described herein, hereby declare this easement and
place same on record.

o Beginning at a point on the North•line of Government Lot 9
in the NE 1/4 of* f'e`c.-1-8, Twp.21 N, Rge.5 E. , W. M. , King ,
County, Washington, said North line also being the North
line of said NE 1/4, and said point lying 748 feet Fdast of
the NW corner of said Government Lot 9: thence S 09 10100" W
a distance of 45.6 feet more or less to the South line of the
North 45 feet of said Government Lot 9; thence easterly

point of beginning;

This easement shall run with the land and shall be irrevocably binding
on all parties having or acquiring any right, title or interest in the
land described herein or any part thereof until such time as said water-
line is mutually abandoned by all parties, their heirs, successors and
assigns, having or acquiring any interest in said waterline.
