Conditions,-Of Easement:
1.
The City of Auburn will replace
all asphalt, concrete,
sod, sprinkler system,
fencing and shrubbery disturbed
during construction.
A signed release statement
will be required from the owner
when construction and
restoration is complete.
The city will also resurface the
surrounding area of d
isplaced asphalt so
that it will appear undisturbed
which will necessitate
the resurfacing of
all blacktop area.
