KENNETH L..DOXON and ALICE L. DOXON, his wife, for and in
consideration of the CITY OF AUBURN dumping waste material upon the
area requiring fill, located upon the property hereinafter described,
do hereby grant, convey.and sell to the City of Auburn an easement
over, across and underneath the following described property, which
sewer line easement shall be 10 feet wide and measured at right angles
and be centered upon the following described line for the purpose of
laying and maintaining a sewer line by the City of Auburn, said center
line of said sewer easement being described as follows:
Beginning at a point 5 feet North and 648 feet East of the
Southwest corner of Government Lot 3, Township l`
21 North, Range 5 E.W.M.; thence East parallel tie- South
line of said Government Lot 3 a distance of 183 feet; thence
North at right angles 152.5 feet; thence East parallel
aforesaid South line of Government Lot 3, a distance of
160 feet; thence Northeast 81 feet to the Green River,
Property situated in the County of King, State of Washington.
