THIS AGREEMENT made this _ 14th day of Januaru , 19 77, between
the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, State of Washington,
hereinafter termed "Grantee" and Geraldine R. Taylor
"Grantor".
1'11 TNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a
temporary right-of--way or easement to be used only during construction of a
Sewage Pump Station _ on adjacent property; said temporary easement
shell terminate upon acceptance of the interceptor sewer for maintenance and
operation by the Grantee. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall
be through and across the following described property situated in King County,
Washington, more particularly described as follows:
The West 20.00 ft. of the South 35.00 ft of Lot #1, Blk #3, of
Riverview Estates Add. to Auburn as desc. in Vol. 6 of Plats,
Pg. 91, rec. of King County, WA, situate in the NW 114 of
Section 17, Township 21 N. Range 5 E., W.M.
