THIS AGREEMENT made this 25th day of March , 1988
by and between the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation of King
Count Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee" and
and

ereinafter termed "Grantor".
WITNESSETH:
That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does by
these presents grant unto the Grantee a perpetual right-of-way or
easement for Water Line with the necessary appurtenances
through, over and across the following described property situated
in King County, Washington.

That said Grantee shall have, the right without prior
institution of any suit or proceeding at law, at times as may
be necessary, to enter upon said property for the pi.irpo e of
constructing, repairing, altering,:or reconstructing said facility,
or making any connections therewith, without incurring any
legal obligation or liability therefore; provided that such
constructing, repairing, altering or reconstructing of said
facility shall be accomplished in such a manner that the private
improvements, existing in this right-of-way shall not be disturbed
or destroyed, or in the event that they are disturba-3 or destroyed,
they will be replaced in as good a cortdition as they :-/ere immedi-
ately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall retain the right to use the .:arfac4
of said easement, so long as said use does not interfere with
the installation and maintenance of the facility and so long
as no permanent buildings or structures are erected :)n said
easement. Large trees which may interfere with future maintenance
or repair of the line shall not be planted within the easement.
This easement shall be a covenant running with the land and
shall be binding on the successors, heirs, and assigns of both
parties hereto.

An easement for waterlines on the following described property.
That portion of Lots 3,4, and 12, lying Westerly of 105th Place
Southeast, and all of Lots 11,13,14, and 15, of C. D. Hillman's Green
River Addition, Division No. 1, according to plat thereof recorded in
Volume 17 of page 67, records of King County, State of Washingtion.
TOGETHER WITH that portion of vacated Highland Avenue adjoining Lots
M 3,4, and 12, which upon vacation attached to said premises by
CV operation of law; EXCEPT those portions of Lots 3,4,11,12 and 14
J conveyed to King County for road purposes by deeds recorded under
Auditors File Nos. 4755712, 5952133, 5952134.
