THIS AGREEMENT made this 25th day of March , 198 8,
by and between the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation of King
Count Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee" and

these presents grant unto the Grantee a perpetual right-of-way or
easement for Sewer Line with the necessary appurtenances

An easement for sanitary sewers on the following described
property.
That portion of lots 3,4, and 12,1ying westerly of 105th Place
Southeast, and all of lots 11,13,14, and 15, of C. D.
Hillman's Green River Addition, Division No. 1, according to
plat thereof recorded in volume 17 of page 67, records of King
