Main CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT p Auburn, WA 98;)01 (INDIVIDUAL) August THIS AGREEMENT, made this 13th day of Nl-~, 1993, between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, State of Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee", and Edwin R. Cavanaugh and Lois C. Cavanaugh "Grantor". WITNESSETH: The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only during construction of the Main Street Outfall Repair on adjacent property; said temporary easement shall terminate on September 30, 1993. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through and across the fallowing described property situated in King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows: THAT PORTION OF THE NORTH 15.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 30.00 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST, W.M., LYING WEST OF THE WESTERLY MARGIN OF THE GREEN RIVER, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF SAID WESTERLY MARGIN OF THE GREEN RIVER AND THE SOUTH MARGIN OF SAID NORTH 15.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 30.00 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 17; THENCE NORTH 88-30-34 WEST ALONG SAID SOUTH MARGIN, 53.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 49-30-12 EAST, 13.45 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88-30-34 EAST, 29.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 01-29-26 0 EAST, 6.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88-30-34 EAST, 15 FEET 0%j MORE OR LESS TO SAID WESTERLY MARGIN OF THE GREEN I RIVER; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG SAID WESTERLY MARGIN OF CD CT's THE GREEN RIVER TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, (C") DATED this 13th.. day of August, 1993. lT EXCISE TAX NOT RECWRED By B Y.
