That portion of the South 200 feet of the North 230 feet of the SE 1/4 of Section 14, Township 21 North, Range 4 East, W.M., included within the limits of a strip of land 20 feet in width the Easterly margin of which is described as being the same as the Westerly margin of SR 167.
