SLOPE AND UTILITY EASEMENT

between the CITY OF AUBURN, a mupal corporation o. ng County,, Wa igton,
hereinafter termed "Grantee" and AL SHAFRAN
hereinafter termed

*D That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does by these presents..grant
unto the Grantee a slope and utility easement with the right to make all necessary
slopes upon the abutting property for cuts and fills as may be required in the
construction of roadway improvements and.for adequate drainage ditches to preserve
existing drainage oil and adjacent to the right-of-way on West Main Street
The slope and utility easement is described as follows:
The North 11 feet of the following legally described property:
The'East 1/4 of the West 112 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of
, Section 13, . Towns - iHp 21 North, Range 4 East, W.M. Situate in the City of
Auburn, County of King., State of Washington. LESS State Road.
That 'said Grantee shall have-the right without prior institution of any suit
or proceeding at law, at times as may be necessary, to enter upon said easement for
the purpose of placement of roadway slopes without incurring any legal obligation
or liability therefor; provided that such construction shall be accomplished in such
a manner that private tmpro nts shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or in the
event they are disturbed....stroyed, they will be.replaced in as good a condition
as'they were immediate) b the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
This easemenf shall be automatically extinguished in the event grantor, its
heirs, successors, and assi.gns, bring,the land herein burdened by the easement to
the grade'of grantees nearest-pavement.
This easement shall be covenant running with the land and shall be binding on
the.successors,.heirs,, and.assigns of both parties hereto.
