Towns - iHp 21 North, Range 4 East, W.M. Situate in the City of Auburn, County of King., State of Washington. LESS State Road. That 'said Grantee shall have-the right without prior institution of any suit or proceeding at law, at times as may be necessary, to enter upon said easement for the purpose of placement of roadway slopes without incurring any legal obligation or liability therefor; provided that such construction shall be accomplished in such a manner that private tmpro nts shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or in the event they are disturbed....stroyed, they will be.replaced in as good a condition as'they were immediate) b the property was entered upon by the Grantee. This easemenf shall be automatically extinguished in the event grantor, its heirs, successors, and assi.gns, bring,the land herein burdened by the easement to the grade'of grantees nearest-pavement.
