E A S E M E N T
Vernon L. and Hope T. Pieratt do hereby
grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation, an easement
over and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress
and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing
Sanitary sewer line

said land being described as:
A 15.00 foot wide strip of land being a portion of the West 355.23 feet of the r
East 685 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section-11,
Township 21 North, Range 4 'East, Willamette Meridian, King County, Wa.;
EXCEPT the North 120 feet of the West 90 feet;
ALSO EXCEPT State Road No. 5 as established by commissioners as recorded in
Volume 32, Page 273 records of King County, Wa. lying 5.00 feet on each side of
the following described centerline:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the above described parcel; thence
North 86011-21" West along the North line of said parcel 48.69 feet to the
Point of Beginning; thence South 04055'38" West, 6.03 feet; thence South
61029'28" West, 14.94 feet; thence South 06038154" West, 324.07 feet; thence
South 00057'34" West 309.76 feet to the Terminus of said centerline:
said centerline description is intended to be over the existing sanitary sewer
line as now constructed.
