Vernon L. and Hopee_ T. Pieratt _ _ do hereby
grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation, an easement
over and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress
and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing
Water Line
said land being described as:
A 15.00 foot wide strip of land being a portion of the West 355.23 feet of the
East 685 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter o Section 13,
Township 21 North, Range 4 East, Willamette Meridian, King County,
EXCEPT the North 120 feet of the West 90 feet;
ALSO EXCEPT State Road No. 5 as established by commissioners recorded in
Volume 32, Page 273 records of King County, Wa. lying 5.00 feet on each side
of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the above described parcel; thence
North 86 11'21" West along the North line of said parcel•89.30 feet to the
Point of Beginning; thence South 04012'36" West, 273.19 feet; thence South
02 01'33" West, 60.40 feet; thence South 01 18127" West, 246.20 feet to the
terminus of said centerline.
said centerline description is intended to be over the existing water line as
now constructed.
