CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT APR
THIS AGREEMENT, made this day of RECORf ~lyween the
CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, State o Washington, hereinafter termed
"Grantee", and Garre Family Trust, "Grantor".
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a temporary right-of-way or
easement to be used only during construction of storm drainage improvements and permanent
stabilization of existing Puget Sound Power and Light Company vaults on adjacent property; said
temporary easement shall terminate upon completion and acceptance by the City of Auburn or on
September 1, 1996, whichever comes first. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be
through and across the following described property situated in King County, Washington, more
particularly described as follows:
The north 10 feet of the following described property:

less portion northwesterly of State Highway.
