The Grantor, THE CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County,
Washington, hereby conveys and warrants to the Grantees, BRUCE D. ALVERSON and JILL V.
ALVERSON, husband and wife, their successors and assigns, a Nonexclusive Access Easement,
under, over, through and across the following described real property for the purpose of ingress
and egress across the herein described real estate for all purposes associated with Grantees'
business. Said real property being described as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Grantee shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend Grantor from any and all claims,
costs, expenses and liabilities, including reasonable attorney and consultant fees and costs of suit,
incurred in any action or proceeding arising from or as a result of the death of any person, or any
accident, injury, loss or damage whatsoever caused to person or property which shall occur
associated with the use of the easement by Grantees' customers and employees.
This Easement shall be a covenant running with the above-described real property and
burden said real estate, and shall be binding on the successors, heirs and assigns of all parties
hereto.

Volume 2, page 56, situate in the Town of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington,
described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 7;
thence North 0°04' 10" East, along the west boundary of said lot 7, a distance of 120.06 feet,
more or less, to the northwest corner of said Lot 7;
thence South 89°59'47" East, along the north boundary of said Lot 7, a distance of 8.00 feet;
thence South 0°04' 10" West, 120.06 feet, more or less to the south boundary of said Lot 7;
