The Grantor, MARGARET`C'REEI}, a widow., of Auburn, Washington,
for and in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar in hand paid, conveys
to The City of Auburn, a city of the third class situate in the County
of King, State of Washington, a perpetual easement to locate, construct,
maintain, repair and reconstruct one sanitary sewer pipe line extending
in an easterly and westerly direction over, under and across the South
16 feet of Lot 9 in Block 7 of I ~ r s=1ilregt= iLn-'t o. Auburn,
situate in the County of King, State of Washington.
