CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this ZZ`'p day of r eav+ R 1970, between the
CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, State of Washington, herein-
after termed "Grantee" and U-HAUL COMPANY, hereinafter termed "Grantor".
WITNESSETH: That

The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a
temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only during construction of a drainage
culvert on said property; said temporary easement shall terminate upon completion of
the drainage culvert construction. The said temporary right-of-way easement shall be
through and across the following described property situated in King County, Washing-
ton, more particularly described as follows:
The North 25 feet of the following:
The West 3/8 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 o4eswibh
Township 21 North, Range 4 East, W.M.; LESS State Road, LESS County.
Road. Situate in the City of Auburn, CCounty 6f4lKing, State of Washing-
ton.
