THIS AGREEMENT, made this 3rd day of November, 1966, between the King
County School District No. 408, Auburn, Washington hereinafter called the GRANTOR,

Co WITNESSETH:
That the GRANTOR, for and in consideration of mutual benefits, hereby conveys
and grants an easement for street purposes to the GRANTEE in, on and over the south
forty (40) feet only of the real property conveyed by the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
to KING COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 408 by Quitclaim Deed dated June 1, 1964, and
recorded June 5, 1964 in Book 4541, at page 537, of the Official Records of King
County, Washington, and situated in the County of King, State of Washington, which
said property is described as follows:
A parcel of land situate in the Northeast quarter of Section 24,
Township 21 North, Range 4 East, Willamette Meridian, King County,
Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at a brass plug marking the center of Section 25,
Township 21 North, Range 4 East, W. M., King County, Washington;
said monument also marking the centerline intersection of Algona
and Greenhalgh Roads, the centerline of Algona Road which bears
S 890 46' 07" W; thence N 80 47' 00" E a distance of 50.01 feet;
thence N 890 46' 07" E a distance of 121.20 feet; thence thru a
curve to the left having a radius of 603.11 feet and a central
angle of 310 58' 55" for a distance of 336.65 feet; thence
N 570 47' 12" E a distance of 539.05 feet; thence N 20 131 Olt' W
a distance of 5640.34 feet to a concrete monument with brass
insert; thence continuing N 20 13' 01" W, a distance of 60 feet
to the True Point of Point of Beginning;
Thence continuing N 20 13' 01" W a distance of 459.17 feet;
thence N 870 53' 10" E a distance of 616.91 feet; thence
S 10 57' 58" E a distance of 458.21 feet; thence S 870 47' 46" W,
a distance of 614.90 feet to the True Point of Point of Beginning.
IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AND UNDERSTOOD by the parties hereto that this Easement
has been given to and accepted by said City of Auburn subject to and upon the follow-
ing conditions to-wit:

If any part of said right of way shall be abandoned or shall.cease to be used
or maintained as a street by said City of Auburn, such right of way shall

automatically revert to the GRANTOR, King County School District No. 408,
successors, or assigns, without any notice being required.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said GRANTOR has hereunto signed his name this
3rd day of November, 1966.
