EASEMENT
The CITY OF AUBURN, a Municipal Corporation, does hereby grant and convey to
the DIAMOND ICE AND STORAGE COMPANY, an easement over and across, upon and underneath,
the following described land for ingress and egress and for the purpose of laying,
maintaining, and installing a sanitary sewer, said land being described as follows:
An Easement 10 feet in width legally described as follows:
A parcel of land situated in the Northeast 1/4 of •Section'•24; Township
21 North, Range 4 East, W.M., King County, Washington, described as
follows:
Beginning at a brass plug marking the center of Section 25, Township 21
North, Range 4 East, W.M., King County, Washington; said monument also
marking the centerline intersection of Algona and Greenhalgh Roads, the
centerline of Algona Road which bears South 89°46'07" West; thence North
8°47'00" East a distance of 50.01 feet; thence North 89°46'07" East, a
distance of 121.20 feet; thence through a curve to the left having a
radius of 603.11 feet and a central angle of 31°58'55" for a distance
336.65 feet; thence North 57°47'12" East a distance of 539.05 feet;
thence North 2°13'01" West a distance of 6159.51 feet to the True Point
of Beginning; thence North 87°53'10" East a distance of 10 feet; thence
North 02°13'01" West a distance of 147.56 feet; thence South 88°43'03"
West 10 feet; thence South 02°13'01" East a distance of 147.56 feet to
the True Point of Beginning.
THAT the CITY OF AUBURN shall have the right without prior institution of any
suit or proceeding at law to connect Municipal Buildings to the sanitary sewer to be
constructed within the above legally described Easement*at no cost to the CITY OF
AUBURN, provided that such connections shall be accomplished in such a manner that
private improvements shall not be disturbed or destroyed-►and to use said sewer
THIS Easement shall be covenant running with the land and shall be binding on
the successors, heirs, and assigns of both parties hereto.

personally appeared STANLEY P. KERSEY and GENE WILLIAMS, to me known to be the Mayor
and City Clerk respectively of the CITY OF AUBURN, a Municipal Corporation, and the
corporation that executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged that the said
instrument to be the free and voluntary act and deed of said corporation, for the
uses and purposes therein mentioned, and on oath stated that they are authorized and
directed to execute the said instrument and that the seal affixed is the corporate
seal of said corporation.
