It is gereby agreed that the 301 wide lane along the east edge of grantorts property shall
be graded to a uniform grade thruout the length of the lane after he eewei- has be n
backfilled.,with gravel dug from the sewer trench covered to a depth of 611. Stumps shall be
pulled and removed from the lane and one cedar -sh-sal-l'-be and -•f he lane.
Above work to be done by grantee. It is further agreed that the grantee shall not be re-
sponsible for damage to small trees and garden aleng the easeme t.
