I, ANNIE McDONALD , do hereby
grant and convey to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation, an easement over and
a across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress and

CQ for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a
SANITARY SEWER said land being described as:
The East 2.5 feet of the following:
Lot 21, Block 4,-Ryan Addition to Auburn as recorded in Volume 51;
Page 36 of Plats, records of King County, Washington. Situate in
the City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington.
This sewer easement-shall not restrict construction of a single story structure
over said sewer which will be constructed of materials capable of withstanding
a load of 2,000 pounds per square inch. Said heretofore mentioned Grantee shall
have the right, without prior institution of any suit or proceeding at law, at
such times as may be necessary to-enter upon sai.d above described property for the
purpose of constructing,repairing, altering or reconstructing sanitary sewers or
making any connections therewith without incurring any legal obligation or liability
therefor, provided that such constructing, repatMng, altering or reconstructing of
such sanitary sewers shall be accomplished in.such a manner that the fences, lawn,
shrubbery, drives and walkways and land contours existing in the right-of-way shaIll
not be disturbed or destroyed, or in the event that they are disturbed or destroyed
they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the
property was entered upon by the Grantee.

Above work to be done by grantuee. It is further agreed that the grantee sha11- not be re-
sponsible for damage to small trees and garden a3 t-hB -sha-14-notify
grantor as to time work/ will/be done to give sufficient tithe for removal of garden and trees.
