Parcels being a portion of the following described parcel within Exhibit "A":
Seven foot six inch wide parcels on each side of the centerline of
fire mains installed as part of Terminal Park Elementary School,
Phase II - Modernizations/Additions porject under City of Auburn
Building Permit No. 13416, located as constructed. See Exhibit "B"
for location of above mentioned fire mains.
