RIGHT-OF-(YAY EASEMENT
JOHN W. CREGGS and AMELIA GREGGS, his wife, does hereby grant to the
City of Auburn, a municipal corporation of the third class within the State of

AGREEMENT
IN CONSIDERATION of the above easement, it is agreed by the City of
Auburn that said JOHN W. GREGGS and AMELIA GREGGS, his wife, their heirs,
administrators and assigns shall oe exempt from charge levied for sanitary
sewer construction or any charge in lieu of assessments for sanitary sewer
construction by the City of Auburn on the following described property, to with:
The N 154 feet of the W 150 feet of the S
326.9 feet of the W I of the Ej of the SWA
of the NEB less, the North 38.7 feet of the
l 229.5 feet all located In Section 19, Town-

TEMPORARY RIGHT-OF-WAY
JOHN W. GREGGS and AMELIA GREGGS, his wife, DOIEREBY GRANT TO THE CITY OF
AUBURN, arfimnicipal corporation of the third class within the State of Washington `
a temporary right--of-way, for vehicular and foot traffic, over, across and upon
the land surface of the following described property, to wit.
The East 30 feet of the West 42 feet of the
following described property:
The South 326.9 feet of the West
of the EastJ of the Southwest
of the Northeast 4 LESS the North 38.7
feet of the East 229.5 feet, all located
in °'Fownsh i p . 21 , North, Range
Said Temporary right--of-way shall be returned to the Grantor in its present contour
condition, and any fence lines or lawns removed, damaged or destroyed by the City
of Auburn during construction shall be replaced by the City, all of which shall be
completed by the Grantee at the conclusion of its 1962-1963 Sewer Extension Project.
