the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, State of Washington,
hereinafter termed "Grantee" and ANNIE McDONALD
"Grantor".

Vii TNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a
temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only during construction of a
SANTTARY SEWER _on adjacent property; said temporary easement
shall terminate upon acceptance of the interceptor sewer for maintenance and
operation by the Grantee. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall
be through and across the following described property situated in King County,
Washington, more particularly described as follows:
The East 20 feet and the North 25 feet of the West 77.21 feet of
Lot 21, Block 4,Ayans First Addition to Auburn as recorded in
Volume 51, Page 36 of Plats, records of King County, Washington.
