Young Men's Christian Association of Greater Seattle , do hereby
grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation, an easement
over and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress
and egress and for the purpose.of laying, maintaining, and installing
a munici al waterline.
said land being described as:
A 15.00 foot strip of land with 7.50 feet on both sides of the following
described centerline:
Beginning at the centerline of "J" Street S. E. where it intersects the cen-
terline of 12th Street S. E.; thence N 00-32-33 west, 269.50 feet along the said
p centerline of "J" Street S. E.; thence N 89-27-27 east, 30.00 feet parallel to
the centerline of said 12th Street S. E. to the east margin of said "J" Street
S. E. and the T.P.O.B.; thence continuing N 89-27-27 east, 82.00 feet to the
east terminus of said 15.00 foot strip of land.

The west terminus of said 15.00 foot strip of land abutting and adjoining said
M east margin of "J" Street S. E.
Situate in the NW 1/4, NE 1/4 of ;Section 19, Township 21 North, Range 5 East,
W.M. in the City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington.
