grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation,
an easement over and across, upon and underneath, the following
described land for ingress and egress and for the purpose of lay-
ing, maintaining, and installing a storm water drain, said land
~.f being described as fol lows:
A strip of land 10.00 feet in width, the centerline of
which is described as that portion of lot nos, 1,2,3,4,5,6,
7,8,9,10, 11 andl2, Block 1 in the Plat of Sherman Acres,
recorded in volume 71 of Plats, pages 94 and 95 records in
the County of King, State of Washington.
Commencing at the northeast corner of said lot no. 1; thence
north 89° 17' 52" west along the northerIX boundary thereof
a distance of 84.52 feet; thence south 00 24' 32" east a
distance of 17.17 feet to the True Point of Beginning, thence
south 84° 13' 16" east a distance of 395.26 feet to a point
on the easterly boundary of said lot no. 5, said point being
52.49 feet southerly of the northeast corner thereof, thence
south 67° 33' 16" east a distance of 494.13 feet to a point
.on the southeasterl-y boundary of said lot no. 11, said
t-being 261.29 feet southwesterly of the northeast cor-
