grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation,
an easement over and-across, upon and underneath, the following
described land for ingress and egress and for the purpose of lay-
ing maintaining, and installing a storm drain, said land being
described as:
That portion of lot nos. 5 and 6, block 1 in the Plat
of Sherman Acres, recorded in volume 71 of Plats, pages 94
and 95 records in the County of King, State of Washington
to-wit:
