grant and convey to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation, an easement over
and across, upon and. underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress
and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing
FIRE MAINS
in said land being described ar:
A fifteen foot wide parcel being a portion of the following described parcel:
IN THE COUNTY OF KING, STATE OF WASHINGTON:

The west half of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section
~p Nineteen (19), Township Twenty-one (21) North, Range Five (5) E.W.M;
EXCEPT the south 30 feet thereof conveyed to King County for road purposes by
deed recorded under auditor's file No. 2551381, records of said county.
Said fifteen foot wide parcel is described as seven foot six inch wide parcels
on each side of the centerline of the fire mains installed as part of Olympic
Junior High, Phase III - Additions/Modernizations project under City of Auburn
Building Permit No. 13768, located as constructed:
