Storm Water Line Easement: 1 Point of begining is the N. E. corner of the above described property. Thence southerly along the E. property line 15 feet, thence westerly parallel with the North property line 350.28 feet, thence northerly along the West property line 15 feet, thence easterly along the North property line 350.28 feet to true point of beginning. Water Line Easements Beginning at the N. W. corner of the above described property, thence southerly along the West property line 81 feet to the true point of beginning. The easement shall be 7.5 feet each side of the following described center line.
