10 7 TEMPORARY EASEMENT
M. A. SEGALE, INCORPORATED, a Washington corporation, and DON MAR, INCORPORATED,
a Washington corporation, does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF AUBURN, a
municipal corporation, for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable
considerations, a Temporary Easement for street purposes over, across and upon the
following described land, to-wit:
A strip of land 40 feet in width lying Northerly of Auburn-Enumclaw
Road No. 1001 as established by deed recorded under Auditor's File No.
941595, records of King County, Washington, said strip lying 20 feet
on each side of the following described line:
Beginning at the intersection of the West line of the SE 1/4 of Section
20, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M. with the centerline of said
Auburn-Enumclaw Road; thence S 79°02'14" West 6.95 feet along the
centerline of said Auburn-Enumclaw Road; thence N 51°28'14" East 25.21
feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing N 51°28'14" East.
178.00 to a point of curve to the left, said curve hereinafter referred
to as point "A".
Together with a strip of land 60 feet in width lying 30 feet on each
side of the following described line:

Beginning at point "A" as defined above; thence along a curve to the
left having a radius of 90.00 feet and a tangent bearing of N 51°28'14"
East to the Southerly margin of Primary State Highway No. 5.
Either party to this Temporary Easement may terminate the provisions hereof by
hereafter giving the other party sixty (60) days notice of intention to terminate and
by mailing said notice to the following address:
City of Auburn - 20 "A" Street N.W., Auburn, Washington 98002
M.A. Segale, Inc. and Don Mar, Inc. - P. 0. Box 957, Auburn, Washington 98002
Further, for and in consideratioh of the conveyance of the above described
Temporary Easement, the City of Auburn hereby promises the Grantors of said Temporary
Easement to hold said Grantors, their heirs, successors or assigns, from any and all
liability whatsoever for the use of said roadway and to indemnify said Grantors, their
heirs, successors and assigns from any and all liability resulting from the use of
