For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the Grantor, CHG International, Inc., a Washington
Corporation, hereby grants and conveys to the Grantee, The City
of Auburn, Washington, a municipal corporation, the right, privi-
lege and authority to construct, improve, repair and maintain
water distribution mains across, over and upon the following land,
located in King County, State of Washington, to-wit:
Commencing at the northeast corner of the northwest quarter
of the southeast quarter oft Section 20,^ Township 21 North, Range 5
East, W.M.;-thence N89°17'39"W a distance of 30.00 feet to a point
on the westerly margin of Dogwood Street; thence S0°31'18"W along
said westerly margin a distance of 230.06 feet to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING; thence continuing SO°31'18"W along said westerly
margin a distance of 551.00 feet; thence N89°28'42"W a distance
of 860.00 feet; thence N40°04'55"E a distance of 204.11 feet;
thence NO°31'18"E a distance of 210.00 feet; thence N69°35'07"E
a distance of 513.93 feet; thence S89°28'42"E a distance of 250.00
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
The Grantor shall make no use of the land occupied by said
water distribution mains except for maintenance, upkeep, removal
and/or replacement of landscaping and asphaltic concrete.
In exercising the rights herein granted, the Grantee may pass
and repass over said property without written permission of the
Grantor.
The covenants herein contained shall run with the land and are
binding upon all subsequent owners thereof.
