said land being described as:
A 15 foot wide easement for sanitary sewer, appurtenances and maintenance
7.5 feet either side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at the northeast corner-of the northwest quarter of the southeast

Washington;'thence south 00-31-18 west, 230.30 feet along the centerline of
Dogwood Street; thence north 89-28-42 west, 30.00 feet to the westerly
margin of said street; thence south 00-31-18 west 551.00 feet along the
westerly margin of said street; thence north 89-28-42 west, 405.55 feet;
thence north 00-31-18 east, 3.00 feet to an existing sanitary sewer and the
True Point of Beginning; thence north 20-48-16 west, 246.11 feet; thence
north 17-09-20 west. 65.86 feet; thence north 70-57-18 east, 274.36 feet
to the terminus of this easement.
