CHARLES H. KNECHTEL and JEANNETTE A. KNECHTEL, his wife, do hereby
grant and convey to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation, an easement
over, across, and upon the following described land for ingress and egress to
the FOREST VILLA PARK, said land being described as:
Portion of the SW1/4 of the NWl/4 of the SWl/4 of Section 21,
Township 21 North, Range 5 East Willamette Meridian, DAF: Begin-
ning at the SE corner of Lot 5, Taylor Addition to the City of
Auburn, as recorded in Volume 93 of Plats, Page 62, records of
King County, Washington, thence North 89°28'47" East to a point
160 feet East of the East margin line of said Taylor Addition,
thence South to a point 150 feet North of the South line of the
SW1/4 of the NWl/4 of the SWl/4 of said section, thence West to
a point on the East margin line of said Taylor Addition 18.33 feet
North of the Northeast corner of Lot 4 said Addition, thence North-
erly along said East margin line to beginning, situate in the City
of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington.
