ALVA A. SIMMONS and MARY ANN SIMMONS, his wife, do hereby grant and convey

to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation, an easement over and across, upon
U ! and underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress and for the
purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a CAST IRON WATER MAIN, said land

being described as follows:
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property lying in the SE
j 114 of the SW 114 of Section 21, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W. M.,
King County, Washington.
Beginning 406.17 feet West of the SE corner of said SE 114 of the SW 114;
thence North 40140100" West 197.76 feet; thence West 165.31 feet; thence
South 00138'30" East 150.01 feet; thence East 292.50 feet to POINT OF
BEGINNING, LESS street.
TOGETHER WITH a temporary construction easement 20 feet in width lying
adjacent and West of the aforesaid easement, said temporary construction
easement to be terminated upon acceptance of the cast iron water main by
the City of Auburn.
This easement is being granted to the City of Auburn with the consideration that
the owner may connect all his properties abutting said water line between Auburn
Way South and the Southerly terminus of said easement with no assessment costs.
