grant and convey to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation, an easement over
and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress
and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a
sanitary sewer
said land being described as: THIS EASEMENT IS TO AMEND AND CORRECT EASEMENT
RECORDED UNDER AUDITOR'S FILE NO. 7710180894
U") An easement over the East 10 feet of the North 140 feet of the following

The SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 21, Township 21
North, Range 5 E., W.M., in King County, Washington EXCEPT the
North 30 feet thereof conveyed to King County for road, by deed
recorded under Auditor's File No. 934964; EXCEPT coal and mineral
rights as reserved in deed recorded under Auditor's File No. 387529.
And the grantors, their heirs, successors and assigns, reserve the right
to use the easement and the sanitary sewer line placed thereon to serve
grantors remaining ownership of property.
There will be no hook-up or late-comers' charges to grantor, successors and
assigns, other than normal permit fees.
