Records Division Deputy Pa gc 0 ne Said Grantee shall have the right without prior institution of any suit or proceeding at law, at such times as may be necessary, to enter upon said easement for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said sewer and water mains, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligation or liability therefore; provided.that such shall be accomplished in a manner that existing private improvements shall not be distrubed or destroyed, or in the event that they are disturbed or destroyed, they will be GO replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property was QQ entered upon by the Grantee. ~O 0 The Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of said easement if such use does not interfere with installation or maintenance of the sewer and water mains. However, the Grantor shall not erect buildings or structures on the easement.
