easement:
Commencing at the intersection of the southerly margin of 29th

and proceeding along the southerly margin of 29th St. SE S 89056'05" W
a distance of 191.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning of the easement;

angle point on the water line; Thence N 89056'05" E a distance of
