Rohr Industries Inc. do hereby grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a
Municipal Corporation, an easement over and across, upon and underneath, the
following described land for ingress and egress and for the purpose of laying,
maintaining, and installing a 12 inch water main said land being described as:
THE WEST 30 FEET OF LOT 2 AUBURN SHORT PLAT 13-76, SAID SHORT PLAT BEING LOCATED
IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 21,
NORTH, RANGE 5, W.M., TOGETHER WITH THE WEST 30 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE
NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST
QUARTER OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 5 W.M.
Upon completion of the installation of said waterline the grantee, being the
City of Auburn, shall be responsible for restoring the land to the conditions
which existed prior to construction.
