grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation, an easement
over and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress
and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing
a municipal storm sewer and appurtenances thereof.

FOLLOWING DESCRIBED CENTERLINE:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST
QUARTER OF SECTION 29; THENCE N 00-21-58 E ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID
NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 29 A DISTANCE OF 150.00
FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N 89-30-99 W, 22.76 FEET; THENCE S
