thof recorded in Vol 64 of Plats, page 32, records of King
County, Washington.
Subject to: Restrictions and easements contained in Declaration
of Protective Restrictions and Easements under Rec No. 5158338;
Right of the public to make necessary slopes for cuts or fills
upon said premises in the reasonable original grading of
streets,.avenues, alleys and roads as dedicatead in the plat.
