and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a 12"
Cast Iron Water Main said land being described as:
A 10' (ten foot) perpetual easement 5' (five) feet each side of the following
described centerline:
Beg;i;nning at a point 5 feet south of the S.E. corner of the S.W.z of
Section 25-21--4, th West 15 feet, thence north parallel to and 15
feet west of the east line of SW4 of said section, to a point 15 feet
west of and 14 feet north of the NE cor of the SW4 of sd section th
west parallel to the north line of the SW4 of Section 25-21-4, a
distance of 150 feet f.
