Lot 3, a distance of 363 feet; thence Northerly parallel with said
Westerly line, 120 feet to the Northerly line of said Government Lot 3;
thence Westerly along Northerly line, 363 feet to the point of
beginning; EXCEPT roads; City of Auburn, County of King, State of
Washington.
