E. 21 Property situated in the County of King, State of 22 Washington. 23 The said Grantee shall have the right without prior institu- 24 any tion of/suit or proceedings at law, at times as may be necessary, 25 to.enter upon said property for the purpose of constructing, re- 26 27 pairing, altering or reconstructing utilities lines therein, or 28 making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal 29 obligation or liability therefor; provided that such constructing, 30 repairing, altering or reconstructing of said utility mains shall .54F 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 -Df% or in the event they are disturbed or destroyed, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee. The Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of said easement, l.Qng a� ��_id-u a-�}oes not interfere with the installation and maintenance of the utility mains and so long as no buildings or structures are erected on said easement. This easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding on the Grantor's successors, heirs and assigns.
