THIS AGREEMENT, made this 154 day of l)ouervi Le-,r 19'3(, . between the
CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, State of Washington, hereinafter termed
"Grantee", and Shirley M: Abrams and Leonard W. Abrams, husband and wife "Grantor".
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a temporary right-of-way or
easement to be used only during the restoration and maintenance of an existing public sanitary sewer
line on adjacent property, said temporary easement shall terminate upon completion and acceptance by
the City of Auburn, or on July 31, 1997, whichever comes first. The said temporary right-of-way or
easement shall be through and across the following described property situated in King County,
Washington, more particularly described as follows:
That portion of the south half of the southeast quarter of Section 27, Township 21 North,
Range 5 East, W.M. in King County Washington, lying southwesterly of a line 30 feet
northeasterly of and parallel to the northeasterly margin of State Highway No. 5, (a.k.a.
Auburn Way South, Auburn - Enumclaw Road and SR 164) described as follows;
Beginning at a point on the south line of said Section 27, a distance of 1105.50 feet west of the
southeast corner thereof,
thence north 00-32-00 east along the west line of the east 1105.50 feet of said south half of the
southeast quarter a distance of 351.00 feet;
® thence south 80-49-00 west 382 feet, more or less, to the northeasterly margin of State Road
No. 5;
thence south 33-48-00 east along said northeasterly margin 285 feet, more or less, to the
O northerly margin of the Muckleshoot County Road;
thence south 72-58-00 east along said northerly margin 164.76 feet, more or less, to the
southerly line of said section;
thence easterly along said southerly line 57.86 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
