WITNESSETH: The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only during the restoration and maintenance of an existing public sanitary sewer line on adjacent property, said temporary easement shall terminate upon completion and acceptance by the City of Auburn, or on July 31, 1997, whichever comes first. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through and across the following described property situated in King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows: Thit portion of the south half of the southeast quarter of Section 27, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M. in King County Washington, lying southwesterly of a line 30 feet northeasterly of and parallel to the northeasterly margin of State Highway No. 5, (a.k.a. Auburn Way South, Auburn - Enumclaw Road and SR 164) described as follows; Beginning at a point on the south line of said Section 27, a distance of 1105.50 feet west of the southeast corner ® thereof, M thence north 00-32-00 east 807.70 feet; thence south 80-49-00 west 666.44 feet to the northeasterly margin of State Highway No. 5; thence south 33-55-30 east along said northeasterly margin 785.34 feet, to the northerly margin of the 0 Muckleshoot County Road; 1-4 thence south 72-58-00 east along said northerly margin to the south line of said Section 27; O thence east along said south line 57.86 feet to the point of beginning; Except any portion thereof lying within State Highway No. 5; and Except that portion lying southerly of a line running south 80-49-00 west from a point 351 feet north of the southeast corner of the above described property; and Except that portion described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of the above described property; thence south 80-49-00 west 468.07 feet; thence south 11.26 feet to the true point of beginning: thence south 34-13-00 east 137.50 feet; thence south 55-47-00 west 150.00 feet; thence north 35-24-00 west 211.57 feet; thence north 81-24-00 east 171.20 feet to the true point of beginning.
