WITNESSETH:.
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a temporary right-of-
way or easement to be used only during construction of a 24-inch storm -drainage pipe and related
C~ appurtenances, grading and backfilling on adjacent -property, said temporary easement shall
0 terminate October 1, 1997 or upon completion and acceptance by the City of Auburn, whichever
comes first. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through and across the
following described property situated in King County, Washington, more particularly described as

That portion of Lot 29, Janssen's Addition according to the plat thereof recorded in volume 113
of plats, pages 11-13 in King County, Washington; described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Lot 29, being a point on the southerly margin of
35th Way SE;
Thence S 52-43-24 E, along the southwesterly line of said Lot, a distance of 73.64 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence continuing S 52-43-24 E, a distance of 30.05 feet to
the most southerly corner thereof, Thence N 40-35-35 E, along the southerly line of said Lot, a
distance of 80.14 feet to the most easterly corner thereof, Thence N 52-43-24 W, a distance of
30.05 feet; Thence S 40-35-35 W, a distance of 80.14 feet, to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING.
