WITNESSETH:

The Grantor does hereby grant,unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a temporary right-of-
way or easement to be used only during construction of a 24-inch storm drainage pipe and related
appurtenances, grading and backfilling on adjacent property, said temporary easement shall
terminate October 1, 1997 or upon completion and acceptance by the,City of Auburn, whichever
comes first. The said temporary right=of--way or easement shall be.through and across the
following described property situated-in King County, Washington, more particularly described as
follows:

That portion of Lot 28, Janssen's Addition according to the plat thereof recorded in volume 113
of plats, pages 11-13 in King County, Washington; described as follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of said lot 28, being a point on the southerly
margin 35th Way SE; Thence S 52-43-24 E, along the northeasterly line of said lot, a
distance of 103.69 feet to the southeasterly corner thereof, Thence S 40-35-35 W, along
the southerly line of said lot, a distance of 25.04 feet; Thence N 52-43-24 W, along a line
25.00 feet southwesterly of and parallel to said northeasterly line, a distance of 25.04 feet;
